Privacy Policy
Effective June 9, 2026 · Das Energi 2026 companion app, operated by MASV Music Group ("MASV", "we")
This policy explains what the Das Energi 2026 companion app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The short version: the app works without an account, your saved sets live on your device, your GPS position never leaves your phone, and you can delete your account in the app at any time.
What we collect
- Account information. If you create an account: your email address, a password, and optionally your name and phone number. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and stored only as a salted hash. We never see or store your plain-text password.
- Data stored on your device. Saved sets, preferences, and guest mode are stored in your browser or device storage. This data stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. It is removed if you clear your browsing data or remove the app.
- Location. The festival map can show your position using your device GPS. Your position is computed entirely on your device. It is never transmitted to us or stored anywhere.
- Usage and advertising data. The web version of the app may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of festival advertising when it is active. The native app build does not include this tracking. Our hosting providers also keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To operate sign-in and keep your profile available across devices.
- To send service emails, such as email confirmation and password reset.
- To send festival updates and announcements if you have an account. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the service secure and reliable.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the app:
- Supabase - authentication and database hosting.
- Vercel - web hosting and delivery.
- Resend - delivery of service emails.
- Meta - advertising measurement on the web version only, when the pixel is active.
Tickets are sold by official ticketing vendors on their own websites under their own terms and privacy policies. We never receive your payment details. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and deletion
We keep account data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and profile at any time inside the app: open Account, then tap Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You can also request deletion by emailing info@masvmusic.com.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, and database access is restricted so that each account can only read and change its own data.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@masvmusic.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, and we will honor valid requests.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and revise the effective date above.
