By using the MASV app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
About the app
The app is a free companion for MASV Music Group and the events it presents. It provides information such as artist rosters, lineups, set times, maps, show dates and event info. All event details, including lineups, set times, stage assignments, and site maps, are subject to change at any time without notice. Always check official event channels for final information.
Tickets
The app does not sell tickets and is not a ticket. Tickets are sold by official ticketing vendors on their own websites, under their own terms. The app only links out to those vendors. Entry to any event is governed by the event's and venue's own rules and policies.
Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time inside the app (Account, then Delete account).
- We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Text messages (SMS)
- At sign-up or in your Account settings you can optionally share a mobile number and opt in to recurring automated marketing and informational texts from MASV Music Group, such as set times, discounts, and event updates.
- Opting in is never a condition of purchase or of using the app. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email info@masvmusic.com.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app. This includes attempting to interfere with or disrupt the service, accessing it by automated means at scale, attempting to access other users' data, or using it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The app, including its design and content, belongs to MASV and its licensors. Event branding, artist names, and artist images belong to their respective owners. We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use the app for attending and enjoying our events.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that information in the app is accurate, complete, or current, or that the app will be available without interruption. Offline features depend on your device and what it has cached.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MASV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, or for anything occurring at an event itself. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
